Exhibitions

Entre ombres et lumières (Between Shadow and Light)

Paris · 2026 · Model: Jessica Josse

An immersive series where body and water converse in a suspended choreography: light sculpts silhouettes, veils, bubbles and ropes, moving between birth, embrace, flight and struggle.

Read the exhibition statement

This exhibition offers a singular immersion, where body and water converse in a suspended choreography. Light sculpts forms, caresses silhouettes and reveals the texture of veils, bubbles, nets and ropes. Water becomes both a life-giving element and a space of transformation: it envelops, frees, constrains and elevates.

These photographs don’t set out to document but to transfigure. They evoke the fluidity of dreams, the power of the deep, the fragility of bodies and of the oceans. Between transparency and opacity, lightness and density, they summon symbolic worlds: birth, embrace and flight, but also captivity and struggle.

Shot on a single breath, these images grew out of an intimate encounter between photographer, model and water, in a constant search for balance between aesthetics and emotion, technique and instinct.

More than an exhibition, it’s a dive into the unseen: an inner, sensory journey where water becomes mirror, revealer and refuge.

Si l’océan meurt, nous mourrons (If the Ocean Dies, We Die)

Saint-Malo, France · 2025–2026 · With the Saint-Malo Plongée Émeraude dive club

A black-and-white series inspired by Paul Watson’s words: submerged models, trapped in drift nets, plastic sheeting and plastic bottles, sounding the alarm on the silent death of the oceans.

Read the exhibition statement

This black-and-white exhibition is a visual outcry inspired by Paul Watson’s words: “If the ocean dies, we die.”

The images show submerged women, caught in drift nets, smothered under plastic sheeting or lost in an ocean of bottles. Their bodies become metaphors; their expressions embody suffering and urgency. They are not just women underwater: they are the sea itself, held captive by our indifference, our runaway consumption and our failure to act.

These portraits remind us that the ocean’s beauty is fragile. If we suffocate it, we condemn ourselves.

Each of these works was created in my underwater studio in Pessac, a one-of-a-kind space where I stage symbolic scenes on the border between dream and nightmare. The prints are made on Canson Infinity 310 gsm paper, numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

My heartfelt thanks to the Saint-Malo Plongée Émeraude dive club for hosting the exhibition and helping spread this vital message.

Wrapped in Reality

Paris · 2025 · In partnership with No More Plastic Foundation

A new series in which a woman’s body, trapped by plastic in the depths of the ocean, speaks out against plastic pollution and its effects on our health, especially that of women and children.

Read the exhibition statement

Through the aesthetics of a nude female body trapped by plastic in the depths of the ocean, this series plunges us into the dark reality of our time: plastic pollution. Each image embodies the insidious struggle and suffocation women face from the harmful effects of plastic, and underlines the urgent need for collective awareness and a radical change in the way we produce and consume.

“Wrapped in Reality” doesn’t just document an ecological crisis: it confronts us with a critical public health issue. Plastic pollution threatens the environment and the climate, but it also directly affects everyone’s health and well-being, especially women and children, who are the most vulnerable to micro- and nanoplastics and the endocrine disruptors they carry.

This exhibition aims to raise awareness and rally the public around the need to move beyond the plastic age. Together, we can make a difference: let’s not underestimate our power to act.

The works in this series support the initiatives of the No More Plastic Foundation. Thank you to actress and model Jessica Josse for her invaluable contribution.
