This page explains what personal data is collected on this website, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected

This website only collects the data you choose to provide:

Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and content of your message.
Booking a service: the information needed for the agreement and invoicing (identity, contact details, date and location of the session).

No user accounts are created and no banking details are entered on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your inquiries and quote requests: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Managing bookings, sessions, photo delivery and invoicing: performance of a contract.
Meeting accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.

Your data is never used for marketing purposes without your consent, and is never sold or transferred.

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for Stéphane Rochon. It is only shared with third parties when necessary to carry out the service, or with the following technical service providers, who are bound by confidentiality:

OVH SAS (Roubaix, France): website and email hosting.
Akismet (Automattic Inc., United States): spam filtering, which may analyze messages sent through the website.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd): audience measurement, only if you agree to it (see “Cookies”).

Purchases made in the online shop are processed by Shopify, under its own privacy policy.

Retention periods

Contact requests that don’t lead to a booking: 3 years from the last exchange.
Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years after the last service.
Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no social media trackers. It sets two types of cookies:

Technical cookies, needed for the website to work, for example to remember your chosen language or your consent preferences. They don’t require your consent.
Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics), which show how many visitors view the website and which pages interest them. They are only set after you agree via the banner displayed on your first visit. The data collected is pseudonymized and processed by Google Ireland Ltd, with possible transfers to the United States covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. It is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie policy, which lists the cookies used.

The website’s fonts are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to Google Fonts.

If external content (videos, maps) is embedded on certain pages, the services that provide it may set their own cookies; such content is only loaded with your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights:

The website is served over HTTPS and the data is hosted in France. Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure.
